The usefull life of our helical piles will vary depending on the type of soil. In fact, the more the soil is dry the more the screw piles will have longevity of life. Our screw piles can indeed last between 75 and 865 years.

The soil and it’s moisture content will have the greatest impact on how well your screw piles will do once installed. They are the main factors of corrosion. One must not worry, we can still offer a lifetime warranty!

At Postech Screw Piles, we offer a lifetime warranty. In the construction industry, that means 25 years. However, we do know that our screw piles will last at least 75 years! In addition, your Postech certified installer offers an installation guarantee against movements due to freezing and thawing.

Galvanization
