Screw Piles for commercial and Industrial Storage
Space is a constant problem for many commercial and industrial operation. If they don’t require more space for ongoing operations, they do for storage. Yet, building additional storage is expensive, preventing many companies from doing so. If a less expensive means of construction could be encountered, many of these companies would look at it as an opportunity to expand their space to meet their growing needs.
While construction is expensive, there are always things which can be done to lower costs. Postech Screw Piles are one possible means of doing this. With Postech, a foundation isn’t needed, nor is a floor. Storage facilities can be constructed in place, increasing available storage at a fraction of the normal cost.
In many cases, heated facilities aren’t needed for warehousing, nor are cement floors required. With Postech Screw Piles, storage facilities can be construction to only provide protection from the elements without having the extra expense of floors and heating systems.
Postech Screw Piles can support a lot of weight, as it is the ground working with our piles supporting the same weight. At the same time, they provide a very solid anchor against the wind. Also, the weight of the ground, pressing down on the screw provides even better anchoring than the weight of a concrete foundation.
If temporary structures are needed, Postech Screw Piles can be removed quickly and easily once the structure is removed. The same equipment that is used for installing our product also works to extract them. Being made of hot dipped galvanized steel, Postech Screw Piles are not damaged by weather or use, making them reusable in other locations.
We use our own trained contractors to install our screw piles. They can be installed in one day, by one worker, using one piece of equipment. That makes the process of installing temporary warehouse space something that can be done in minimal time.
